"まぁ、確かにパイロットの方の発言は傍から見ると厨二病全開かもしれませんが、でも鳥人間経験者としてはその気持ちが痛いほど良く分かります。
飛行機を飛ばすというのはとんでもない重労働なんですよ。
人 力飛行機はある日ポンと出来るわけではなく、そこに至るまでに多くの人間の汗と涙と睡眠時間と必修単位その他諸々の犠牲の上に成り立っている訳で、パイ ロットはその全ての結晶の重責を背負いつつ、でも実際に飛んでいる間は孤独な戦いを続けなければならないという、実に過酷なものです。
パイロット自身、270Wで一時間漕ぎ続けるといったようなとんでもないトレーニングを積んでいたりする訳で、それら全てを考えるととても笑う気にはなれません。
　
自分の現役時代を思い出しつつ、「ああ・・・本当にお疲れ様でした」と神妙に拝見させて頂いた次第。"
